West is Best Summer Concert Series Kicks Off Sunday, June 16 with Pop Rocks! Bring Dad and Celebrate Father's Day in the West End

It’s hard to believe it’s been five months since I started my West Alameda Business Association journey, and now we’re just three days away from kicking off our first West is Best event. Holy Cow!

I’m so grateful to the WABA board for their unwavering support of this project and to our lead sponsor, Embarc, for believing in the vision and investing in the future of live music and events in our district. What can I say? I landed the dream gig.

It takes a lot to make an event a success. We’ve done all the planning, and now we need the people. This is where you, our friends, businesses, and supporters, come in.

This is a free event, and we want it to be a blowout! The more people who come to Webster, the better for our businesses. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Just in case you missed all the important details, the West is Best Summer Series will be taking place in the WABA Healing Garden (1435 Webster Street, Alameda) on June 16. The Merchants and Vendors will be there from 2-6:30pm, and Pop Rocks is on from 4-6pm. Please don’t forget to pop by the WABA tent for some Dad’s Day activities, opportunity drawings, or just to say hi!
